• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking drink and food orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular cleaning and restocking of supplies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the bar tab system.
• Assist guests with inquiries about drinks, hostel events, and local attractions.
• Address and resolve guest complaints for food and drinks or any concerns promptly.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the common areas and bar.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization in common areas.
• Help with organizing and promoting hostel events and activities to enhance guest engagement.
• Hosting for daily activities and festivals.
• Serving food and ensure proper hygiene and presentation.
• Track inventory levels for bar supplies and notify management of any shortages or needed reorders.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of bar supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety, daily cleaning checklist and hygiene guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide support to other team members and collaborate to ensure smooth hostel operations.

Qualifications:

• Senior High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hostel or food and bar setting for at least 1 year.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
