Qualifications:
Pay: Php12,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume hospitality environment or bar.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation styles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and replenish inventory, assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices.
- Coordinate beverage service for events and functions.
- Stay informed about beverage trends and recipes.
- Assist in training new bartending staff.
- Uphold hotel service standards and foster teamwork.
Pay: Php12,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
