Job Summary: Oversees overall production in the bakeshop making sure that production standards are met on time. Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the production of authorized bakery products, making sure that both the quality standard and the required quantity are met.
Review the job performed by the production team to assure quality and on-time production.
Coordinate with the Cashier and Scaler in forecasting production volume.
Check availability of ingredients needed for the bakery production together with the scaler
Check if molders are complete and available when a product is being made.
Check that all required production reports are accomplished accurately, submitted completely and on time
Conduct regular check-up of all production equipment with regards to its proper use and cleaning maintenance. All defective equipment is reported and fixed without delay.
Assure availability of LPG for baking and advises the placement of order when necessary.
Assure for the cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation of the entire production area.
Train new and existing production staff assigned in the store.
Conduct hands-on product demonstration for new bakers.
