Supervise and coordinate daily bakery production activities.
Ensure all products are made according to recipes and quality standards.
Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Train, mentor, and evaluate bakery staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist in the development of new products and improve existing recipes.
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop production schedules and meet deadlines.
Conduct regular quality control checks on finished products.
Address any production issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Prepare reports on production metrics, staff performance, and inventory levels.
