The Assistant Distribution Manager's role is to supervise assigned branch operations resilience plan and to ensures branch compliance to safety, government regulatory, and company policies.

Other requirements include the following: 1. People Management - Effectively supervise individuals/assigned teams to optimize their productivity and engagement which includes work planning, performance management, development and coaching, and team culture management 2. Compliance - Supervise the branch operations on the proper implementation of Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in compliance with government-mandated guidelines or LGU regulations. 3. Inventory Management - Reviews assigned branch’s inventory orders, accurate inventory and maintains Monthly Inventory Level (MIL) to ensure the sufficient supply of products to meet our customer needs. 4. Distribution Management
Planning and Scheduling - Supervise the delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery of products at a minimal cost across all channels.
Delivery Receipt and Sales Management
- Supervise that all customer orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) and Post Dated Check (PDC) terms are confirmed before loading of items onto the delivery trucks. - Supervise that all delivered Delivery Receipts (DR) are promptly processed and converted into the system in a timely manner. - Supervise timely reconciliation and posting of Modern Trade ( MT) Sales monthly 5. Returns and Claims Management
Supervise all requested Authority to Pull Out ( ATPO) including items for repair must be pulled out and processed within target days.
Resolve customer claims,delivery concerns, repairs and returns in a timely and effective manner.
6. Supply Chain Management Strategy - Supervise the execution of ongoing enhancements to the structure, processes, equipment, and personnel of branches. 7. Data Analysis and Reporting - Update, double check and submit reports in a timely manner. . To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
3 plus years of experience in supply chain management, operations, warehouse, and inventory management.
Critical Thinking skills to effectively analyze situations, make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
Interpersonal Relationship to effectively navigate diverse interactions, foster teamwork, and maintain a positive organizational culture.
Effective Communication to articulate ideas, instructions, and feedback clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in Google Workspace to effectively collaborate, communicate and organize own work in order to enhance productivity and streamline the workflow.
Driving Skills for mobility
Flexibility and agility to take on additional tasks as needed.
Willing to work Mondays - Saturdays
