Assistant Cook
Greetings from Hiraya Wellness Resort and Ecopark! We are looking for Assistant Cooks to join our growing team.
We are located at Romulo Highway, Ninoy, Aguilar, Pangasinan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay: Php11,300.00 - Php11,500.00 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the line cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards.
- Washing, disinfecting, and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Buying, unloading, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies.
- Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens.
- Managing inventory, unloading supplies and case to case basis, organizing the storeroom.
- Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
- Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
- Stirring and heating soups and sauces as well as preparing hot and cold beverages.
- Perform any kitchen related duties.
- High school Graduate or Vocational Course Certificate Holder or Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Proven experience as Assistant cook in a restaurant or similar establishments.
- Experience in pizza making and baking is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and team player.
Pay: Php11,300.00 - Php11,500.00 per month
