JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of Support Services Manager, this key position is responsible for daily operations of all Admin functions, coordinating when necessary, with support departments from off-site and operations on-site. The role coordinates operations with business unit leaders on site, demonstrating strong commitment to customer relationships by taking ownership of issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner. The role reports to the physical site on a daily basis to ensure coordination, monitoring and supervision with and of above mentioned daily operations. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Coordinates with functional leads/subject matter experts (SMEs) work streams to support the operational support teams on site. A. Works with them in defining the site business strategies B. Supports the operational functions on operational review process, budgets, and forecasts C. Develops strong relationships and ensures close contact is established to remain abreast of current strategy, thinking, policies and procedures 2. Establishes and maintains relationships external related vendors and establishes vendors’ performance metrics and conducts audit reviews in order to manage expectations. 3. Ensures that the On-Site physical and safety requirement are complied with. a. Coordinates with the building administration on issues related to power, air condition, parking, elevator, building security and other common areas related concerns QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Behavioral Science, Finance Management , or related field/equivalent required At least 2-3 years of admin experience in a fast-paced environment Willing to work ON-SITE IMPT.
