The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Corporate Office, will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations and ensures that the Executives focus on core activities. The Executive Assistant serves as a point of contact for internal and external businesses of the ADEC Innovations Corporate Office. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and Office Management - Screens calls/emails, manages calendars, and arranges company-related travels/meetings/events; Prepares and processes forms; Handles preparations, receives, and interacts with incoming visitors.
Communication Liaison - Manages the flow of information to team members and upper management; Prepares and formats the information for internal and external distribution; Records meeting discussions and provides minutes of the meeting.
Records Management and Data Analysis - Maintains department records, sets up and manages both electronic and paper filing systems; Protects and keeps company/department information in strict confidence.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS/BA in Business Management or other related courses.
At least three (5) years of work experience as an Administrative and/or Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
1 year or more of relevant and related experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
