RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Major Responsibilities
· Create airline bookings
· Input all PSSR reports
· Dispatch all Manila delivery cargoes
· Record all DTRs in an Excel/Google Sheets file
· Evaluate the daily sales report, including the volume and gross total of cargoes
· Communicate with external customers regarding declined cargoes from airlines as well as RUDs
· Update the RTS on CMS1 as well as in the Excel/Google Sheets file
· Consolidate all master AWBs from loaded airlines on a daily basis
· Perform the 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain the cycle)
