Admin Assistant (Tagana-an Surigao, 14-15k, Mon-Sat, Urgent)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Filing, Organizing, and Sending Documents.
  • Makes travel arrangement such as; Hotel reservation.
  • Makes Office supplies inventory, checking and ordering stocks (once or twice a month).
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries (mailings once a week).
  • Preparing and arrange documents in meeting; taking notes and minutes in meetings.
  • Prepares Timekeeping, Leave, Change Schedules and Manual Timekeeping.
  • Prepares by requesting PCF and reimbursement; monitoring and encode PCF.
  • Facilitate Check Deposits.
  • Processing Business and all necessary Permits (once a year).
  • Pays governmental contribution and BIR (once a month).
  • Monthly sounding witness (every month end); Prepare Non-Trade Inventory.
  • Processing and payments for Utility Governmental contribution (once a month).
  • Other task: Ensures cleanliness of the office premises when Utility Personnel is not around.
Job Qualifications:
  • Computer Literate, knowledge in using MS office applications and SAP.
  • Graduate of any 4-year course. At least 2 years of experience relative to the position is needed.
  • Hard working and Patient.
  • Amenable to work in Tagana-an, Surigao.
  • Willing to work in extended hours whenever needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
