Accounts Receivable Staff
Responsibilities:
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including payments, credits, and adjustments.
- Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment issues.
- Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
