Credit and Collection Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track customer accounts, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer disputes.
  • Process credit applications and maintain accurate credit files.
  • Prepare and analyze collection reports.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Financial Management or any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
Benefits:
  • Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
