About the job
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our clients in the Manufacturing Industry. This position offers you the opportunity to advance your career while contributing to the success of our clients.
What You'll Do
Invoice Verification and Reconciliation:
  • Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
Vendor Communication Management:
  • Credit memos for returned products.
  • Undelivered products.
  • Missing invoices.
Statement and Invoice Management:
  • Review vendor statements and invoices to identify and address open items.
Communication and Inquiry Response:
  • Payment information.
  • Payment schedule status.
Non-Product Expense Management:
  • Process and enter non-product-related expense invoices into the system (Google Sheets).
Produce Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate produce pricing information.
  • Update daily produce costs.
Invoicing Tasks:
  • Produce.
  • Purchase orders.
  • Overhead expenses.
Drop-Ship Invoice Processing:
  • Process drop-ship invoices for billing purposes.
Ad-Hoc Tasks.
What You'll Bring
  • At least 2 years of college education.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Experience using Quick Books accounting software.
  • Proficient in using project management applications/tools.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Effective and professional phone communication skills.
  • Strong grammar and writing abilities for clear documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable, committed, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
