Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll activities, including calculating wages, processing deductions, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment history, and compensation details.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies related to HR and payroll.
Employee Support: Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees, providing clear and timely resolutions.
HR Operations: Support various HR functions, including benefits administration, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
Reporting: Generate and review payroll reports, audits, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and HR operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations, with a solid understanding of payroll systems and HR best practices.
Must have an excellent English communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Willing to work night shifts and on-site
Nice to have but NOT REQUIRED
Experience in using a payroll system, particularly Brants.
Experience with an HRIS or ERP system.
Familiarity with relevant US labor laws and regulations, and experience in maintaining compliance.
