Accounting Staff

  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by posting transactions, verifying accuracy, and reconciling accounts.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify and reconcile bills, handle payments, and manage customer and vendor accounts.
  • General Ledger: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Monthly and Year-End Closing: Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial statements and reports in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned by the finance manager or controller.

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • CPA (Preferred)
