Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of documents needed for Mayor's Permit
• Preparation of monthly government reports and payments of SSS Contribution, SSS Loan, Phil-Health, Pag-ibig contribution
• Assists in all documentation and preparation of tax payments such as Monthly VAT, percentage taxes, mayor's permit, withholding tax, quarterly, annual income tax returns
• Takes charge of BIR payments to the bank.
• Prepares vouchers for all suppliers
• Office related activities as needed; receiving mails and parcels, photocopying.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Graduate of Management Accounting or any finance related courses
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable in general accounting systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Good interpersonal skills, written and oral English
• Background in inventory is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Cenadelou Realty Inc., 2/F Catalino Building, Gov. M. Cuenco Ave., Banilad Cebu City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
