ABOUT THE ROLE: As part of our Experience Team, you are responsible for the delivery of the highest standard of customer service to all members and guests. You will be responsible for welcoming, checking-in and assisting our members, selling retail items, session credits and memberships. As the part of the Experience Team, you will be responsible for the following:
Studio Experience & Sales
Attend to members and guests, ensuring they receive a next level experience, this includes greeting, assisting and checking-in our members.
Lead by example and provide outstanding next-level customer service, in person, over the phone and via email.
You will be responsible for communicating with our members, up-selling SWEAT Bands, PILAT3S socks, accessories, session credits and monthly memberships.
Drive sales to meet the targets that have been given by the Studio/Duty Manager.
Studio Operations
You will be responsible for delivering all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) whilst on shift and ensuring the studio looks and feels next level at all times.
Represent TRIB3 & PILAT3S Brand Values
At the heart of our brand are our values; it is essential that the Experience Team represent our brand and values to ensure that great customer experience is being delivered at every touchpoint.
ABOUT YOU:
Experience
Work experience in customer service and sales – desired, but not essential
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong Microsoft package skills, specifically MS Office, Excel and Power Point
The Person
A passion for health and fitness is desired. We love team workouts and experiencing the TRIB3 workout experiences hands-on!
Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and demographics
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Hard-working, organised and ambitious
Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in
