ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Duty Manager, you are responsible for leading the team and studio experience, reporting into the Studio Manager, you will be focusing on coordinating the daily activities of the studio, the team, addressing and de-escalating any issues that arise during working hours. As TRIB3 is a boutique environment, being a confident and personable communicator is key. As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Studio Management
Coordinate studio activities, overseeing daily operations, monitoring efficiency of all processes.
Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure adequate stock is maintained.
Manage and resolve maintenance issues across the studios, ensuring your studio is health and safety compliant at all times.
People Management
Build, manage and nurture a high performing team – train new starters and develop existing team members through performance management tools.
Provide management support to direct reports ensuring that they are undertaking all responsibilities associated with their role to the best of their ability.
Support internal communications: ensuring every member of your team is well informed about any updates or changes that may affect them.
Customer Service
Lead by example and provide outstanding next-level customer service, in person, over the phone and via email.
Support your team to deliver a next-level experience to our members; managing and resolving customer issues and complaints when required.
Support the execution of events and delivery of marketing campaigns to maximise the TRIB3’s experience and exposure.
Sales Management
Reinforce a sales ethos to deliver targets and delivering exceptional customer experience across the studio and its offerings.
Support the coaching of your team to drive excellent customer experience and deliver on studio targets and KPIs.
Deliver The Workout – Optional
Deliver our next-level HIIT or Reformer workout experience, reinforcing either the TRIB3 or PILAT3S methodology in each session delivered.
ABOUT YOU:
Experience
Previous work experience in a management or leadership role – this does not need to be specific to fitness, retail will also be a great fit!
Knowledge of people management procedures and practices as well as health and safety matters
Work experience in customer service and/or sales role
Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and motivate teams is key
Level 2/ Reformer certification in fitness instructing or equivalent desired but not essential
