Especialista de Nómina
Responsabilidades:
-
Asegurar la gestión de los procesos de nómina y de atención a los colaboradores, cumpliendo con la legislación laboral, tributaria, las políticas de la compañía, la Convención Colectiva de Trabajo y los controles SOX a su cargo.
-
Planear y asegurar el proceso de nómina y atención al empleado para el equipo de líderes y directivos de la compañia.
-
Participar en la planeación, ejecución y seguimiento de los proyectos del área.
Requisitos:
-
Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración ó carreras afines.
-
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
-
Experiencia en manejo de planillas salariales, SIPE y sistemas de nóminas.
-
Dominio avanzado de Excel, Powerpoint y Word.
