We are seeking professionals to join our team as Ticketing Counter Staff.
Booking and Reservation:
Assist clients in booking flights, and other travel-related services.
Provide information on flight schedules, availability, and fare options.
Handle reservation modifications and cancellations.
Ticket Issuance:
Issue tickets for flights, or other modes of transportation.
Ensure all travel documents are accurate and comply with relevant regulations.
Work with airlines to manage bookings and address problems.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, provide travel information, and offer solutions to travel-related issues.
Assist with travel insurance options
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.
Ensure that all travel documents are filed and organized properly.
Travel Advice:
Provide recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and travel packages.
Inform clients about visa requirements.
Coordination with Service Providers:
Communicate with airlines, and other service providers to manage bookings and resolve any issues.
Stay informed about changes in travel regulations and services.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or complaints that arise before, during, or after travel.
Offer alternatives or solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
In addition to these responsibilities, ticketing staff need strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
