Ticketing Agent (For Travel Agency)
We are seeking professionals to join our team as Ticketing Counter Staff.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
- Booking and Reservation:
- Assist clients in booking flights, and other travel-related services.
- Provide information on flight schedules, availability, and fare options.
- Handle reservation modifications and cancellations.
- Ticket Issuance:
- Issue tickets for flights, or other modes of transportation.
- Ensure all travel documents are accurate and comply with relevant regulations.
- Work with airlines to manage bookings and address problems.
- Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, provide travel information, and offer solutions to travel-related issues.
- Assist with travel insurance options
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.
- Ensure that all travel documents are filed and organized properly.
- Travel Advice:
- Provide recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, and travel packages.
- Inform clients about visa requirements.
- Coordination with Service Providers:
- Communicate with airlines, and other service providers to manage bookings and resolve any issues.
- Stay informed about changes in travel regulations and services.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints that arise before, during, or after travel.
- Offer alternatives or solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- In addition to these responsibilities, ticketing staff need strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
