Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to prospective customers using a provided database.
• Present and promote services using effective sales techniques.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
