Job Summary: As a Calling Agent, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. You will act as the voice of the company, ensuring each interaction is professional, courteous, and helpful.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Calling Agent or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Proficiency in using call center equipment and CRM software and Microsoft excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Food Industry.
• Previous experience in sales or upselling.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, offering competitive earnings based on performance. Top performers will have the opportunity to earn substantial income.
