Restaurant Shift Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
- Staff Management: Supervise and support restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and bussers. Conduct shift meetings, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Handle inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage standards are met consistently, including proper preparation and presentation.
- Training and Development: Provide training to new employees and ongoing coaching to current staff to improve performance and service quality.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by enforcing health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Assist with cash handling and sales reporting. Monitor and control labor costs and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or training in food safety and management is a plus.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
