Cafe Little Karachi is known for its exceptional cuisine and warm ambiance. We’re looking for a Purchasing Head to manage procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain inventory for our restaurant.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop purchasing strategies and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain supplier relationships and resolve issues.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in purchasing, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
