The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, optimizing profits, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and health & safety. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Collaborate with senior management to establish efficient processes that align with business objectives.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling and performance management.
Lead, manage, and mentor operational staff, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and handling customer complaints effectively.
Oversee customer service processes to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
Continuously work to improve customer experience through operational excellence.
Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective cost management and upselling strategies.
Prepare, monitor, and manage operational budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
Track operational costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure consistent availability of products.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant, develop promotional strategies, and drive sales.
Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. · Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Required Skills:
