Source Code is looking for energetic, personable and considerate individuals to join our dynamic outbound Sales team - Onsite
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, taking calls, take messages, taking chats and respond on emails.
- Perform outbound call follow up to obtain signed documents and setup appointments
- Learn and help execute lead qualifications and closing processes for our clients
- Respond to new client inquiries through live online chats to screen and evaluate leads
- Build relationships, act as first point of contact with clients
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
Working in LI will be a plus point
Excellent phone skills
Experience working in an outbound call center
High level of organization, integrity and follow through
Able to work well independently
Able to adapt and respond appropriately to a variety of callers and clients
Previous customer service experience a plus
Able to work with multiple computer systems
Shift timings:
Night: 9pm - 6am - Night (Onsite)

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
