JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Outbound Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their mortgage needs, and guiding them through our home loan options. Your goal will be to generate leads, foster client relationships, and drive our mortgage business forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients from provided leads or lists.
· Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' mortgage requirements.
· Product Knowledge: Explain our mortgage products and services in a clear and compelling manner.
· Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
· Follow-Up: Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service to keep clients engaged throughout the process.
· Documentation: Accurately record client information and interactions in our system.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the loan officers and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience: Previous experience in sales or outbound calling is preferred; mortgage industry experience is a plus.
· Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basics of computer systems and other sales tools.
· Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Timings: 9pm-6am (night shift)
