Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Comcast, Spectrum, and AT&T services to potential customers. You will identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email, and other sales channels.
Present and sell Comcast, Spectrum, and AT&T services to both residential and business customers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Accurately record sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A passion for helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs.
