Front Sales Executive
Source Code is currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Front Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. As a Front Sales Person, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, so exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by prospecting and generating new business through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to develop sales skills and knowledge
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales processes and CRM systems
- Proven sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
