Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring that our HR practices align with our organizational goals. You will play a crucial role in supporting employee engagement, development, and compliance while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and employee assistance programs.
- Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational change and development efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
