Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling diagnostic equipment to healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals. This role requires a deep understanding of medical devices, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. · Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of our diagnostic equipment portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. · Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence. · Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value and benefits of our diagnostic equipment. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions for both the company and the client. · Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, tracking progress towards sales goals. · Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. · Proven experience in medical equipment sales, preferably within the diagnostic equipment sector. · Strong knowledge of diagnostic equipment and medical devices. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. · Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
