HR Assistant (Female)
We are looking for a fresh HR Assistant Female to join our team on the night shift ( 7:00 pm to 2:00 am).
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Human Resources and experience in managing HR processes within a BPO environment.
The successful candidate will be able to provide comprehensive HR support to our night shift team, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Human Resources and experience in managing HR processes within a BPO environment.
The successful candidate will be able to provide comprehensive HR support to our night shift team, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review, update and maintain employee records
- Manage payroll, benefits and other HR-related activities
- Develop and manage effective recruitment and selection processes
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Create and manage employee relations programs
- Monitor and report on HR metrics
- Provide training and development programs for staff
- Create and manage HR systems and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- experience in an HR role
- Understanding of employment law and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
