ABS International is currently in search of a skilled Assistant Trainer to spearhead our training endeavors, overseeing their implementation and gauging their impact. Key responsibilities include identifying training gaps, designing tailored programs, and fostering employee engagement.
Job description:
- Assess current training initiatives and suggest improvements to increase involvement, knowledge acquisition, and retention.
- Maintain the relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness of training materials and programs.
- Stay updated on emerging training techniques and industry standards, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Recognize opportunities for training to address shifts in operations or advancements in the field.
- Lead or facilitate necessary training sessions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Training Executive or Manager.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Competence in various training methodologies, encompassing traditional and contemporary approaches like mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and workshops.
Shift Timing:

• 6 PM to 2 AM
