Job Description:

• Assist in the onboarding process, including conducting new employee orientations and processing new hire paperwork.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs for employees, including safety training and customer service training.
• Assist in employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and addressing employee concerns and grievances.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as needed.
• Assist in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
