Position: PRO Department: Operations Experience:1-3 years Education: Any Graduate or Masters Preferred Nationality: Omani National Only Age: 30- 40 years Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate with the operations team on status of work for CR and Visa status of clients · Liaise with government departments to obtain permits, licenses, and approvals necessary for business operations. · Visit Various Ministries as per the clients requirement for getting necessary CR approvals · Keep abreast of changes in local laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance at all times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to government approvals, permits, and licenses. · Ensure all necessary documents are properly filed and readily available for inspection. · Provide translation and interpretation support when needed, especially during official meetings and interactions with local authorities. · Submit expenses on a daily basis with ops team for reimbursement · Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share with the management on timely basis Functional Skills : · Manage Multiple task and priorities · Strong communication in English and Arabic is must · Good computer knowledge · Knowledge on company incorporation laws in Saudi · Liaising with government authorities for necessary approvals · Strong verbal and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: RO350.000 - RO500.000 per month
