Role and Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer/Illustrator at Raaz Design Studio, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating stunning visuals that meet our clients' needs and elevate their brands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the creative team to develop design concepts, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of projects, such as branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, and more.

• Translating client briefs and ideas into visually engaging designs that align with project goals and brand identities.

• Utilizing industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) to create high-quality graphics and illustrations.

• Keeping up-to-date with design trends and techniques to ensure our work remains fresh and innovative.

• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas to project discussions.

• Providing input and feedback on design concepts to refine and enhance the final output.

• Adhering to project timelines and delivering designs within specified deadlines.

• Communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and illustration skills.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant tools.

• Solid understanding of design principles, layout composition, color theory, and typography.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO250.000 - RO400.000 per month
