Job Description
The Fintech BFSI Presales Manager is responsible for managing the presales process within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with the company’s offerings. The Presales Manager will leverage their technical expertise and industry knowledge to support sales initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Proposal Development:
- Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Develop detailed proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that highlight the company’s products and services.
- Ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs of clients.

Client Engagement:
- Engage with prospective clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase solutions.
- Address client queries and provide insights into the value and benefits of the company’s offerings.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of solutions.
- Communicate client requirements and feedback to product and development teams for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with sales and account managers to strategize and execute sales plans.

Technical Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, solutions, and industry trends.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in the BFSI sector.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team and clients.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing plans to target BFSI clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and sales leads.

Training and Development:
- Train and mentor sales teams on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in a presales or sales support role within the fintech or BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance industry processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency with fintech solutions, software applications, and related technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Certifications related to fintech, banking, or finance.
- Experience in project management or business analysis.
