Bartender Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Drink Making: Expertly mix, crush and pour cocktails, prioritizing classic recipes.
Interaction with Customers: Provide an engaging experience to customers, take orders and make recommendations.
Bar Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area.
Inventory Management: Restock bar supplies as needed.
Trend Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest cocktail trends, especially drinks inspired by Spain and Latin America.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender, with an emphasis on cocktail making. Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including wines, beers and cocktails. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of POS systems and money handling.
Additional conditions:
Accommodation and transportation are our responsibility. Salary is determined based on advanced skills. Basic ability to speak and write in English or Arabic; one of them is enough. The work location will be in the Sultanate of Oman, in Muscat.
