About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have a central role in attracting and recruiting top talent for If. You will spend most of your time on end-to-end operational volume recruitments, mainly for our advisory roles, but also support in specialist recruitments if needed.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy, and you will have ownership of your projects, working strategically with stakeholders to ensure great candidate experiences and professional recruitment processes.

About the team
You will be part of the Nordic Volume team within our global TA organization, and report to the Team Lead for Volume. The Volume team consists of 8 Talent Acquisition Partners and 3 coordinators, spread across Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will also be part of the greater TA organization, consisting of over 20 dedicated TA colleagues.

Who are you?
You take ownership of the entire recruitment process, supporting hiring managers to complete recruitments successfully. You are self-motivated and have a strong inner drive, with a passion for Talent Acquisition, keeping yourself up to date on best practices and you’re eager to learn more. You build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers, with your excellent stakeholder management skills. You have the ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
You also have:

Minimum 2 years of experience independently leading end-to-end recruitments

Experience with competence based interview technique and psychometric tests
-
A proven track record of successful stakeholder management

A good understanding of the candidate journey from attraction to hire

Experience using HR tools and systems

Relevant academic degree, preferably within HR
-
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal
