DHL Express is looking for an Operations Support & Service Partner Specialist!

Tasks and areas of responsibility:
Responsible for carrier settlement, and through this help to ensure that the use of costs is reasonable by flagging deviations on productivity and profitability
Follow-up, testing and development of Service Partner Management System (SPMS), and be responsible for education and training
Invoice control and accounting in Basware or a similar app, as well as internal and onward invoicing
Creation and control of carrier contracts, as well as ensuring that contracts are valid contracts
Creation and implementation of new carriers when required
Follow-up of time and absence registration for the employees belonging to the department
Ordering goods and services, and creating new suppliers
Ordering and warehousing of work clothes for Norway Operations
Follow-up of routines and procedures within Service Partner Management
Assist with reporting of Due Diligence for Service Partners which includes credit checks
Implement audits with the service partner management and SPMS audits at the various stations
Assist the Norway Ground OPS Manager with tasks related to cost and quality follow-up in general
Assist with various tasks related to Norway Ground OPS
Characteristics and qualifications:
You must have good abilities to communicate effectively with different departments and external partners
Good communication and collaboration skills
You must be able to handle several tasks at the same time and prioritize effectively
Commercial business understanding and a good understanding of accounting principles and practice
You must be good at analyzing different types of information, and use this information to make decisions when needed
You are accurate, analytical and concerned with quality
Good knowledge of IT and Excel, as well as experience with other analysis tools. It would be an advantage to be used to working with Power BI
Good language skills in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
Education in accounting, finance or a related field is an advantage
Experience from similar roles, and previous experience from operational support roles can be useful
