The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of visa applications, ensuring compliance with international visa regulations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Minimum Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid Level Experience Length: 3 years Key Responsibilities: Document Management and Profiling: - Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness. - Create and maintain detailed client profiles, ensuring all necessary documents are correctly itemized and filed. - Address any discrepancies or missing information promptly and professionally. Target Achievement: - Achieve individual and team registration and visa processing targets. - Monitor and report on progress towards targets, implementing strategies to overcome any challenges. Client Engagement and Service: - Provide high-quality customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and providing clear guidance on visa requirements and procedures. - Follow up with clients throughout the application process to provide updates and address any concerns. Marketing and Outreach: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our visa services to potential clients. - Convert leads into clients through effective communication and personalized service. Timely Visa Processing: - Ensure all visa applications are processed within the stipulated timelines, adhering to each country’s specific regulations and deadlines. - Coordinate with relevant authorities and follow up on application status as needed. Documentation and Record Keeping: - Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions and visa applications. - Ensure all documentation is securely stored and easily accessible for audits or future reference. Operational Oversight: - Oversee and coordinate business operations across all company locations to ensure consistent service delivery. - Address operational issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Requirements: Educational Qualification: - Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field. Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in visa processing or a related field. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software or systems as needed.
