The Virtual Tutor is responsible for guiding, motivating, and supporting entrepreneurs enrolled in Techno Serve’s Ed Tech projects, ensuring they complete their business growth journey on our learning platforms.
This role provides technical support, guidance, and monitoring to help participants meet their learning goals.
Additionally, the Virtual Tutor plays a key role in enhancing the user experience by gathering feedback and proposing continuous improvements to the Ed Tech product.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized and group support to entrepreneurs through various channels, facilitating their learning progress and ensuring they meet established milestones.
Oversee platform access and ensure entrepreneurs have the needed information to activate.
Send motivational messages and reminders to encourage course completion.
Compile key metrics on user progress and platform usage, generating reports that include insights and recommendations.
Deliver assistance to ensure effective user activation and engagement with the learning platform.
Develop and assign customized learning paths based on each entrepreneur’s business needs, optimizing their development journey.
Regularly assess user engagement through usage and satisfaction metrics, providing insights to increase course completion rates.
Assist entrepreneurs, offering tailored solutions to overcome technical or personal barriers.
Identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience through behavioral analysis, user feedback collection, and benchmarking
Work with the marketing team to maintain engaging communication with users and promote ongoing participation in the platform.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education or other related social science field.
At least, 3 years of experience in tutoring or coordinating online training programs. Alternatively, 1 year of experience with a master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on FCDO/UN-funded projects in Nigeria.
Experience working with an INGO.
Experience working on an entrepreneurship donor-funded Project.
