Job Description: The Training Manager will oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of media and communication training programs at Media Muse Academy. This role requires not only experience in education management but also strong marketing skills to effectively promote the academy's courses to prospective students and partners. The Training Manager will be responsible for the overall quality of training programs, faculty engagement, student success, and the promotion of the academy’s offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Program Development & Management:
Design and manage comprehensive training programs in media, communication, and art, ensuring they meet current industry standards.
Continuously update the curriculum to integrate the latest trends, tools, and technologies.
Develop practical, hands-on courses that emphasize experiential learning in both physical and online formats.
Marketing & Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the academy’s courses, workshops, and events to target audiences.
Utilize social media, digital marketing, and content creation to build a strong online presence and increase course enrollment.
Collaborate with external partners to enhance visibility and outreach efforts.
Faculty & Instructor Coordination:
Work closely with expert instructors to ensure high-quality training and effective delivery.
Oversee recruitment, training, and support of faculty members.
Monitor and support faculty to maintain academic standards and innovative teaching approaches.
Student Engagement & Success:
Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment for students to thrive and grow.
Implement systems to track student progress, ensuring they receive adequate support and guidance throughout their learning journey.
Engage with students through feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the training experience.
Operations & Administration:
Manage training schedules, registrations, classroom logistics, and course delivery (both physical and online).
Ensure seamless execution of courses and events, maintaining high standards of organization and professionalism.
Maintain records related to student performance, certifications, and evaluations.
Strategic Initiatives:
Align training programs with the academy's mission to become a leader in media and communication education.
Introduce innovative training models and approaches that reflect emerging trends and best practices.
Collaborate with leadership on strategies to enhance the academy's reputation and growth.
Stakeholder Relations:
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, and industry professionals.
Represent Media Muse Academy at conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
A degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, education management, or a similar role within media or communication industries.
Proven experience in marketing educational programs or courses.
Strong knowledge of media trends, digital marketing, and content creation.
Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence in media education.
