Position Overview: We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of various social media platforms, will work as custodians of our clients’ brand identities, ensuring that all content and interactions align with brand values, guidelines, and aesthetics. The activities of the social media manager will influence brands perception, help build loyal audiences, and drive business growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and patronage. · Create, curate, and manage contents (images, video, and written) across social media channels. · Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages in a timely manner. · Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to derive actionable insights and optimize results. · Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. · Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing. · Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. · Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets. · Prepare regular reports on social media performance and insights. · Create visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content to showcase client’s products, events, and brand stories. Requirements: · Must be a creative person who is adaptable, with excellent copywriting and visual design skills. · Must be graphically and aesthetically sound. · Bachelor’s degree in any of marketing, public relations, communications, or related field. . Relevant certification is an added advantage. · Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. · Must be able to understand and manage digital marketing activities. · Must be able to create interesting and engaging content that people want to see across various channels while maintaining a consistent voice and style. · Must have excellent project management skills. · Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube etc.) and their respective audiences. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva....). · Must be able to use various social media management tools. · Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. · Must have interest in fashion · Must be a customer-centric person · Ability to use graphic design and video editing tools is essential. · Must be able to communicate effectively. · Good experience with SEO & SEM.
