- Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In).
- Respond to comments and direct messages, fostering positive engagement with our community.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and performance analytics to suggest strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure alignment on brand voice and messaging.
- Produce reports on social media KPIs such as engagement, growth, and reach.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for improvement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
