Sales Executive (Inverters, Solar Inverter Batteries, and Solar Panels)
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for power products. * Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance market penetration. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new product developments (NPD), competitor activities, and customer needs. * Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders. * Provide regular sales reports to management, including analysis of sales performance and market trends. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the sales of Inverters, Solar Inverter Batteries, and Solar Panels, with a strong understanding of power products and the power market. Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong knowledge of power products, including inverters, solar inverter batteries, and solar panels. * Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
