Primary 3 teacher

As a primary school Teacher, you will be responsible for: 1. Planning and Delivering Lessons: Preparing and conducting engaging and effective lessons aligned with curriculum standards. 2. Assessing Student Progress: Designing and grading tests, quizzes, homework, and other assignments to evaluate students' understanding. 3. Classroom Management: Creating a positive and orderly learning environment, managing student behaviour, and fostering respect and collaboration. 4. Providing Individual Support: Offering extra help and tutoring for students who struggle with the material, and challenging those who excel. 5. Professional Development: Attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on educational practices and math teaching methods. 6. Parent and Guardian Communication: Keeping parents informed about their child’s progress, challenges, and successes through meetings, emails, or reports. 7. Utilizing Technology: Incorporating technology and digital tools to enhance learning and engage students. 8. Collaborating with Colleagues: Working with other teachers and school staff to coordinate lessons and share best practices. 9. Creating Educational Materials: Developing resources such as worksheets, presentations, and interactive activities. 10. Monitoring Classroom Resources: Ensuring the availability and proper use of teaching materials, equipment, and supplies. 11. Planning and preparing students for competitions locally and internationally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₦40,000.00 per month
