Key Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
- Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, feeding, and supervising playtime.
- Plan and engage the children in educational and recreational activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Support the children with homework, reading, and other learning activities.
- Coordinate and accompany children to school, appointments, playdates, and extracurricular activities as needed.
- Monitor and encourage positive behavior, teaching manners, and good habits.
- Handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding the children's progress, needs, and activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized household, including light cleaning, tidying, and laundry.
- Perform basic household tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking, as needed.
- Ensure that children’s play areas, bedrooms, and living spaces are clean and orderly.
- Help with grocery shopping, running errands, or managing household supplies.
- Assist with organizing family schedules and activities, ensuring seamless daily routines.
- Proven experience as a nanny, babysitter, or housekeeper.
- Strong understanding of child development and behavior management.
- Ability to multitask and manage household responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-energy children and maintain patience in challenging situations.
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work closely with parents.
- Must be flexible with working hours
- Ability to lift, carry, and assist young children.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties.
