We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to CEO The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with travel arrangements .
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Perform general administrative duties as required
SKILLS: Good with computers and Microsoft ,excellent communication skills verbally and written, business management skills etc. QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
