Job Description
- We’re seeking an experienced Executive PA to provide top-tier administrative support to our CEO.
- Handle email, phone calls and correspondence
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
- Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information with discretion.
- HND or B.Sc in Business Administration or relevant field of study
- 1- 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or an executive secretary
- Familiarity with office organization techniques & software tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
